Not able to register for Kindergarten 2022-2023 school year

I am not able to register my child to BSD for 2022-23 school year in Kindergarten. The registration tool seems to be complaining about a requirements of DOB to be above (later) our equal to 09/02/2016 (see screenshot). My child was born a few months before that. Is there a way around it?
