It sounds like your parent and teacher accounts may be linked to the same email address, which can sometimes cause login conflicts within PowerSchool.
To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

Use separate email addresses for your teacher and parent accounts.

If possible, use your personal email for your Parent Portal account instead of your work email ([email protected]).

Reset your Parent Portal password:

Go to your district’s PowerSchool Parent Portal login page.

Select “Forgot Username or Password?” and enter the email address associated with your parent account. Once your parent account is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with reset instructions or an updated login link.
