Bulk Setup for Cycle Days, Periods, and Calendars

Hi PS Community,

We’re currently working with a large number of schools that need to set up cycle days, periods, and calendars in the system. Is there any way to import these configurations in bulk rather than entering them manually one by one?

If anyone has experience with this or knows of a supported method (e.g., templates, import tools, API options), I’d really appreciate your guidance.

I previously tried setting this up at the district level, but it seems that the cycle days in the district setup differ from the school setup. At our school, we configured cycle days as a 4-week schedule (Monday to Friday), which corresponds to 20 days (20 letters). However, the district setup doesn't appear to support this configuration.

Do you have any ideas for this? Thanks

It is my understanding that if the district calendar is to be pushed to the schools, it has to match exactly. So, it would be best to do each school separately. You may want to search in the community to see if there are other ways via an import. I've always used the batch setup since we all run the same.
