How to Reset Password for Family Portal Account using Web Browser?
Solution
If you have forgotten your portal account password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Go to www.powerschool.com/sign-in/behavior-support/
- Under "I'm a Family Member", click "I already have an account"
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Click Forgot your password? above the Sign In button
- Enter your registered email address and click Recover Password
- A verification code has been sent to your email inbox. Retrieve the code, then return to the Family Portal log-in screen.
- Type in a new password. It must be at least 8 characters long. Confirm the password and then enter the verification code that was emailed to you. Click Reset Password.
Your password will be saved, and you will be brought back to the log-in screen where you can type in your email address and new password to log in.
